Standards only matter when they are visible, documented, and applied consistently. This is how we run SlieveTech in practice.
Participation Does Not Equal Employment
Completing a SlieveTech programme does not guarantee a job. We are not a placement agency and do not make employment promises.
Certificates Are Earned Through Delivery
You cannot receive a certificate for attendance or time spent. Certificates require completed, assessed project work.
No Fabricated Experience
We do not create fake work history, inflate outcomes, or misrepresent achievements in any way.
Projects Are Reviewed and Documented
Every project submission is assessed against defined criteria with documented feedback and review records.

Words are easy. Here is exactly what we do.
Every Project Is Reviewed Before It Counts
Each submitted project is assessed against defined technical and documentation criteria. A project that does not meet the standard is returned with specific written feedback. Completion is not enough. Quality is the gate.
Certificates Are Earned, Not Issued
A SlieveTech certificate is only issued when all three projects are deployed, documented, and assessed as meeting portfolio-grade standards. Every certificate carries a QR code linking directly to the builder's GitHub evidence. Anyone can verify it. That is the point.
We Only Teach What We Can Deliver
Every project in the programme has been built, tested, and validated before we teach it. We do not include tools or frameworks we cannot fully support. If the curriculum changes, we tell you why and when.
No Hidden Conditions
Every policy, price, refund rule, and programme expectation is published publicly before you apply. Nothing changes after you enrol. What you read is what you get.
We Protect the Quality of Every Cohort
We review every application. We keep cohorts small so every builder gets trainer attention. If a participant is not meeting standards or is disrupting the cohort, we have a process to address it. Quality is a shared responsibility.
